目的分析病案复印流程的运行规律及工作效率,为病案复印的资源优化配置和流程再造提供依据。方法描述性分析病案服务窗口的效率。用排队论和数据统计方法定量研究复印窗口的服务特点、效率。结果出院当天就复印的占14.53%,以后逐渐减少。病案复印窗口病人到达流服从λ=0.05人/分钟的Possion分布,平均服务时间服从1/u=15分钟的负指数分布。每小时到达人数与对应的服务时间成线性正相关。讨论提高复印流程效率、减少患者等待时间是病案管理的一项重要工作。
Objective To analyze the operation rules and working efficiency of the medical record copy process and provide the basis for optimizing the configuration and reengineering of the medical record copy resources. Methods Descriptive analysis of the efficiency of the medical record service window. Using queuing theory and data statistics to quantitatively study the service characteristics and efficiency of copy windows. The results of the day of discharge on the copy accounted for 14.53%, then gradually decreased. Patient copy arrival window patient flow to follow the Possion distribution of λ = 0.05 person / minute, the average service time obeys 1 / u = 15 minutes negative exponential distribution. The number of arrivals per hour is linearly and positively correlated with the corresponding service hours. Discussion Improving the efficiency of the copying process and reducing the patient’s waiting time is an important part of case management.
