有了丰足的菜篮子,人们更加注重蔬菜的多样性、优质化和安全、卫生,“绿色”“无公害”“有机”成为人们选择蔬菜的新标准。2013年底召开的中央农村工作会议也明确提出“用最严谨的标准、最严格的监管、最严厉的处罚、最严肃的问责,确保广大人民群众‘舌尖上的安全’”。这说明蔬菜的绿色安全成为人们的最先关注点。关注蔬菜安全的同时,近几年市民逐渐开始追求蔬菜品质,思念起老味道。面对新时期的新情况
