治安灾害事故的预防是公安内保系统重要的、经常性的工作。我们认为,在治安灾害事故的预防工作中考虑职工的心理因素,建立起治安灾害事故的心理防线是必要的,而且是当务之急。笔者认为,其心理防线包括以下三个方面:
