目的 探讨 6 0 d水下航行对海员体能的影响。方法 对 2 2名海员采用踏阶功量计算法 ,航行前与航行后运动量相同 ,测定踏阶功率并计算 PWC1 70 、VO2 max/ kg等指标 ,根据 GJB1337- 92进行分级评价。结果 航行后 PWC1 70 、VO2 max/ kg较航行前分别下降 16 .0 7%和 11.11% ( P<0 .0 1) ;下降幅度 >2 5 %者占 2 2 .7% ,航行后海员的体能优秀、良好等级者减少而较差、差等级者增加。结论 6 0昼夜水下航行后海员体能和最大摄氧量显著下降
Objective To investigate the effect of 60-day underwater voyage on the seafarers’ physical fitness. Methods Twenty-two seafarers were instructed to use the step power calculation method. Before and after the sailing exercise, the same amount of exercise was measured. The step power was measured and PWC1 70 and VO2 max / kg were calculated. The grading was performed according to GJB1337-92. Results PWC1 70 and VO2 max / kg decreased by 16.07% and 11.11%, respectively, after sailing (P <0.01), decreased by more than 25% and accounted for 22.7% Physical fitness is excellent, good grades are less and worse, poor grades are increased. CONCLUSIONS Seafarers’ physical fitness and maximal oxygen uptake significantly decreased after 60 days and nights of underwater voyage
