肌萎缩是神经肌肉系统疾病的一种重要症状,也往往是某些全身性疾患的常见症状之一。临床工作中为了应用方便,对常见的肌萎缩习惯于将其分为神经原性、肌原性及废用性三种。废用性肌萎缩是神经支配正常的肌肉,由于不能随意运动或骨骼肌活动受限失去了张力刺激产生的。
Muscular atrophy is an important symptom of neuromuscular disease and is often one of the common symptoms of certain systemic disorders. In clinical work for the convenience of application, the common muscle atrophy habits are divided into neurogenic, myogenic and waste of three. Amyotrophic waste is a muscle that is innervated by the nerves and loses its tension stimulus because it can not be exercised at will or is limited by skeletal muscle activity.
