目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性发作期(A组)和缓解期(B组)红细胞免疫功能的相关性。方法:用郭峰法检查COPD的A、B组红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBCC3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBCICRR)和红细胞免疫粘附促进因子(RFER)、红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子(RFIR)。结果:A组RBCC3bRR、RFER均较B组降低(P<0.05~P<0.01),A组RBCICRR、RFIR与B组间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:COPD在急性发作期红细胞免疫功能显著降低;提高红细胞免疫功能,可能有助于急性发作期的缓解和好转。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between erythrocyte immune function in acute exacerbation (group A) and remission (group B) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: The levels of RBCC3bRR, RBCICRR, erythrocyte immune adherence (RFER), red blood cell immune adherence Inhibitor (RFIR). Results: The RBCC3bRR and RFER in group A were lower than those in group B (P <0.05 ~ P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between group A and group RBCICRR, RFIR and group B ). CONCLUSION: COPD has a markedly decreased erythrocyte immune function during acute exacerbation. Increasing erythrocyte immune function may contribute to the alleviation and improvement of acute exacerbation.
