素质教育是人的自身发展的需要,是教育发展的需要,是国民经济和社会发展的需要。素质教育重在实践,作为一所学校落实素质教育,要以优化课程结构为突破口。优化课程结构首先要建立必修课、选修课、活动课“三大板块”的课程体系。要落实好“三大板块”的课程体系,关键要加快师资建设、教材教材、基地建设等“三大建设”。这样,学校作为落实素质教育的主阵地,才能发挥应有的作用。
Quality education is the need of people’s own development, the need of education development, and the need of national economy and social development. Quality education focuses on practice, as a school to implement quality education, to optimize the curriculum structure as a breakthrough point.
