我院在民间验方的整理基础上研制了一种中药药膜,用于中小面积烧烫伤(和I—Ⅱ期褥疮),经过近1年159例临床应用,疗效确切,报道如下。 1.处方组成及制备方法 处方组成:虎杖140g、黄柏25g、地榆25g、白芨20g、冰片5g、聚乙烯醇(PVP)40g。 制备方法:①将虎杖、黄柏、白芨研成末,用75%酒精700ml浸渍24h,过滤,药渣压榨合并后加入冰片至溶解,得棕褐色药液;②将地榆炒炭研成油粉,过120目筛备用;③取聚乙烯醇(已处理),加甘油、明胶适量,再加约300ml蒸馏水浸胀,于水
