本文介绍适用于水利水电工程施工网络计划计算的“CPM-719电算专用程序”。它的算法语言是以国际算法语言ALGOL60(Algorithmic Language)为背景,参考了国内X-2机及655机算法语言方案,并吸取了FORTRAN和PL/1、ALGOL68等高级语言的特点而编制的,基本上仍属于ALGOL语言范畴。本程序主要求解关键路线法(CPM)的网络參数及优化结果等。至于计划协调技术(PERT)和随机型计划协调法(GERT)的求解不适于本程序。经过对引滦褕水工程的某些网络计划计算结果与手算比较,达到了予期的目的,可推荐用于工程实践,并在具体运用中逐步发展和完善。
This article describes the “CPM-719 computer-specific program” that is applicable to the calculation of construction network planning of water conservancy and hydropower projects. Its algorithm language is based on the international algorithm language ALGOL60 (Algorithmic Language), with reference to the domestic X-2 machine and 655 machine language algorithm, and draws on the characteristics of high-level languages such as FORTRAN and PL / 1, ALGOL68, Basically still belongs to the ALGOL language category. This program mainly solves the key route method (CPM) network parameters and optimization results. The solution to PERT and GERT is not suitable for this procedure. After comparing some network plans of Luanhe River water project with those of hand calculation, the project has reached the expected purpose and can be recommended for engineering practice and gradually developed and perfected in the concrete application.
