广州市越秀区东山培正小学自20世纪八十年代中期至九十年代初期开始,就以计算机为教学辅助工具,成为全国首批小学语文“四结合”教学改革试验研究基地,1997年被评定为全国现代教育技术实验学校。“十五”期间,该校进入信息技术与学科课程整合阶段,97%的教师能上信息技术与学科课程整合课,班班有网站,科科有资源,被评为广州市普教系统现代教育技术先进单位。
