Printing Technology Fax machines use a variety of printing techniques, but the most commonly used is the static method. This method is very similar to office copiers, inkjet and foam coating technology, in fact, are low-loss printing technology. In a typical electrostatic printer, a large number of electrostatic printheads are attached to elastic rubber bands that retain the pattern charge on the paper as the flat paper passes. The voltage of the print pin is between 450 and 600V, the voltage of the tip of the print black dot is 600V, and the voltage of the tip of the print white dot is 450V. The charged paper is passed through a magnetic rotating wheel with a brush attached to the magnet powder and a colored powder in the gap between the brushes. When the paper passes, the positive charge on the paper will attract the color Powder while the negatively charged portion will repel the coloring powder and the deposited powder forms the same pattern as the original transfer document, the pattern is permanently retained on the printing paper by heating and drying the roller.
