1987年8月15日下午,水电部五局某分局工地,一位同志在没有关断电源的情况下移动污水泵,当即就倒在水泵旁边。经调查分析,这是一起触电身亡事故。原来污水泵的电动机进线盒处,一相导线破皮与外壳触碰,而且接地保护不符合有关规程的要求,导致了这起不该发生的事故。从这起事故中,我们得到如下启示。(1)在中性点直接接地的低压配电线路系统中,用电设备采用接零保护比采用接地保护好。
