三聚磷酸钠是洗衣粉的主要助洗剂,对于软化硬水和提高洗净作用均有一定效果。本测定方法参考国际标准ISO3000-1974,用三氯兰(乙二胺)络钴(Ⅲ)重量法测定工业三聚磷酸钠,并对操作条件及各种杂质对测定结果的影响均作了研究。此方法操作简便,不需特殊的仪器和设备,重现性好。对工业样品和精制三聚磷酸钠经八次重复测定,标准偏差分别为±0．16和 ±0．05,平行测定误差不大于0．6%。经测定国内外34个样品,证明此方法适用于工业三聚磷酸钠的常规控制分析。
Sodium tripolyphosphate detergent is the main detergent, softening hard water and improve the cleaning effect have some effect. The determination method refers to the international standard ISO3000-1974, the determination of industrial sodium tripolyphosphate with triclosan (ethylenediamine) cobalt (Ⅲ) gravimetric method, and the operating conditions and various impurities on the determination of the results were studied . This method is easy to operate, no special instruments and equipment, reproducibility is good. The industrial samples and refined sodium tripolyphosphate by eight repeated determination, the standard deviation were ± 0.16 and ± 0.05, parallel determination error of not more than 0.6%. The determination of 34 samples at home and abroad proves that this method is suitable for the routine control analysis of industrial sodium tripolyphosphate.
