如信用证规定了所需提交的单据语言,信用证或UCP600要求的数据内容须以该语言显示。《国际标准银行实务》(国际商会出版物64 5号)(简称“ISBP645”)在第26段就语言问题指出:“根据国际标准银行实务做法,受益人出具的单据应期望使用信用证所使用的语言。如果信用证规定可以接受使用两种或两种以上语言的单据,被指定银行在通知该信用证时,可限制单据使用语种的数量,作为对该信用证承担责任
