目的 了解安宫牛黄丸系列在治疗产后昏迷中的效果。方法 采用安宫牛黄丸、至宝丹、紫雪丹、通窍和血汤、血府逐瘀汤及对症治疗方法进行综合治疗 ,并统计结果 ,与以前只对症治疗的病例进行对比。结果 中西医结合组全部治愈 ,无一例死亡 ,苏醒最快者为服药后 3 5h ,最慢 (产后肝昏迷 ) 78h ,结果经统计学处理 ,χ2 =2 0 64 ,P <0 0 1。结论 中西医结合方法治疗产后昏迷优于单纯对症治疗
Objective To understand the effect of Angong Niuhuang Wan in the treatment of postpartum coma. Methods An Gong Niuhuang Wan, Bao Dan, Zixue Dan, Tong Qiao and Xue Tang, Xuefuzhuyutang and symptomatic treatment of comprehensive treatment, and statistical results, compared with the previous only symptomatic treatment of patients. Results The combination of TCM and WM was cured and none of them died. The fastest recovery was 35 hrs and the slowest (postpartum hepatic coma) 78 h. The results were statistically analyzed (χ2 = 2064, P <0.01). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of postpartum unconscious better than pure symptomatic treatment
