目的对饮食护理在甲亢糖尿病患者中的护理效果进行研究。方法选取2015年4月至2016年6月在我院就诊的100例甲亢并发糖尿病患者,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。实验组患者在常规护理的基础上再进行饮食护理,对照组患者只使用常规护理。结果经过一段时间的护理研究后,实验组患者的并发症发生率为17%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理在甲亢并发糖尿病患者的临床护理中有很大的意义,对甲亢并发糖尿病患者进行饮食护理可以降低糖尿病患者的并发症发生率。在临床中进行饮食护理可以明显提高患者的治疗效果,促进患者病情的好转,具有很好的临床效果。
Objective To study the nursing effect of dietary nursing in patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes. Methods A total of 100 hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with diet on the basis of routine nursing, and patients in the control group only received routine nursing. Results After a period of nursing research, the incidence of complications was 17% in the experimental group and 33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diet nursing is of great significance in the clinical nursing of patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes. Dietary nursing for patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes can reduce the incidence of complications in diabetic patients. In the clinical diet can significantly improve the treatment of patients with treatment, improve the patient’s condition, with good clinical results.
