2月13日,葫芦岛市关工委在龙湾渔村举行了全国下一代金星奖章颁发暨“塔山英雄团队”授旗仪式。葫芦岛市委副书记、市关工委主任李春枝,市人大常委会副主任、市关工委副主任毕玉坤,省关工委副主任、东北英雄团队联谊会常务副会长王卓,市关工委名誉主任胡国庆,市关工委常务副主任王泽民、王友栋,市委副秘书长王天一,市关工委秘书长梁光映,东北英雄团队联谊会副秘书长张艳丽以及东方女子古筝乐团、市关工委青少年器乐培训基地——海娃乐团的部分学员,共200多人参加会议。会议由梁光映主持。

Deputy Secretary of Huludao Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Commissioner of Work Committee Li Chunshi, Deputy Director of Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, Deputy Commissioner of Municipal Customs Committee Bi Yukun, Deputy Director of Provincial Customs Working Committee and Executive Vice Chairman of Northeast Heroes Association Honorary Director of Work Committee Hu Guoqing, Deputy Commissioner of Municipal Customs Committee Wang Zemin, Wang Youdong, Wang Tianyi, Deputy Secretary-General of Municipal Committee, Liang Guangying, Secretary-General of Municipal Customs Committee, Zhang Yanli, Deputy Secretary-General of Northeast Heroes Syndicate, Committee Youth Instrumental Training Base - part of the Nevada Orchestra students, a total of more than 200 people attended the meeting.
