目的:调查鼬獾中狂犬病毒的感染情况,为防治该病提供科学依据。方法:收集莲都区狂犬病疫区鼬獾的脑组织标本,用DFA和RT-PCR方法分别检测鼬獾脑组织狂犬病毒特异性抗原及核酸,确定阳性标本。结果:在莲都区捕获鼬獾150只,检测到狂犬病毒阳性标本1份,阳性率为0.67%。结论:疫区鼬獾中存在狂犬病毒,发生狂犬病疫情风险依然存在。
Objective: To investigate the infection of rabies virus in the ferret badger and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods: The brain tissue samples of the ferret badger in rabies epidemic area of Liandu district were collected. The positive samples were confirmed by DFA and RT-PCR respectively. Results: 150 ferret badgers were collected in LianDu area. One rabies virus positive specimen was detected, the positive rate was 0.67%. Conclusion: The rabies virus exists in the ferret badger and the risk of rabies epidemic still exists.
