10月18至12日,四川省科技顾问团组织了近二十位在川的两院院士围绕李岚清副总理在建设绵阳科技城座谈会上的讲话和绵阳市领导关于建设绵阳科技城有关汇报。就如何建设绵阳科技城,为地方培养高素质科技人才等国家和地方政府关心的重点问题。对绵阳、宜宾等地进行了考察调研和咨询。
