钢管混凝土柱在我国多高层建筑中应用越来越广,但柱防火设计采用性能化设计的实例还不多。本文以深圳京基金融中心超高层建筑为例,介绍了矩形钢管混凝土柱的防火性能化设计方法,考虑了火灾下钢管混凝土柱承载力对柱防火设计的影响,并对各层柱进行了防火计算分析。同时,对设计过程中应着重考虑的问题进行了阐述,可供设计同类工程时参考。
Concrete-filled steel tubular columns are widely used in many high-rise buildings in China. However, there are not many examples of performance-based design of column fire protection. This paper takes Shenzhen Jingji Financial Center super high-rise building as an example, introduces the fire resistance performance design method of rectangular CFST columns, considers the influence of bearing capacity of CFST columns on fire prevention design of columns, Calculation. At the same time, the design process should be emphasized to consider the issues described for the design of similar projects reference.
