目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)与2型糖尿病高尿酸血症的关系。方法提取76例2型糖尿病(T2DM)无高尿酸血症患者(B组)、124例T2DM合并高尿酸血症患者(C组)及100例健康人(A组)的血清,测定其NO代谢产物硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐(NOx)水平。结果T2DM无高尿酸血症组比T2DM合并高尿酸血症组NOx水平高(P<0.05)。结论检测患者血清一氧化氮水平是诊断2型糖尿病高尿酸血症的敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between nitric oxide (NO) and type 2 diabetic hyperuricemia. Methods 76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) without hyperuricemia (group B), 124 patients with T2DM complicated with hyperuricemia (group C) and 100 healthy people (group A) were enrolled in this study. The NO metabolism Product Nitrate and Nitrite (NOx) levels. Results Compared with T2DM with hyperuricemia, the level of NOX in T2DM without hyperuricemia group was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion Detecting serum nitric oxide level is a sensitive index for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
