目的 :讨论侧脑室肿瘤的手术治疗。方法 :对 31例侧脑室肿瘤的生长部位、诊断、病理类型及手术治疗方法、手术入路进行分析。结果 :肿瘤全切 2 7例 ,大部分切除 1例 ,部分切除 1例 ,1例神经上皮性囊肿行立体定向穿刺 +囊肿侧脑室内引流术 ;1例星形细胞瘤行立体定向活检 +后装放疗。结论 :直接开颅手术切除肿瘤是治疗侧脑室肿瘤的有效方法 ,对于无法手术切除的肿瘤可以采用立体定向手术或立体定向放射外科治疗。
Objective: To discuss the surgical treatment of lateral ventricle tumors. Methods: The growth site, diagnosis, pathological type, surgical treatment and surgical approach of 31 cases of lateral ventricle tumors were analyzed. Results: Totally 27 patients underwent complete resection of the tumor, 1 of the resected masses was mostly resected, 1 of the resected tumors was partially resected. Stereotactic puncture of the neuroepithelial cysts and ventriculo-ventricula of the cysts were performed in 1 patient. Stereotactic biopsies of 1 astrocytoma + Radiotherapy. Conclusion: The direct craniotomy for the removal of tumors is an effective method for the treatment of tumors in the lateral ventricle. Stereotactic or stereotactic radiosurgery can be used for unresectable tumors.
