经济全球化的发展,要求世界各国人民在进行贸易往来时必须遵循共同的贸易协定,因此,国际统一合同法越来越为世界各国所重视。为适应世界经济发展趋势,促进经济发展,我国必须加快合同法国际统一化进程,促使我国合同法向国际统一合同法靠拢。
The development of economic globalization requires that people of all countries in the world must follow common trade agreements when they conduct business. Therefore, the law of international unification has become more and more important to all countries in the world. In order to adapt to the trend of the world economy and promote economic development, our country must speed up the process of the international unification of the contract law and urge the contract law of our country to move closer to the law of international unification.
