通过对山西省XX县农村基础教育的典型案例进行调查研究表明,山西省贫困地区农村基础教育存在着教育观念陈旧、教育投入不足、师资队伍不稳定、农民家庭贫困等问题。为加快贫困地区农村基础教育的发展步伐,应转变传统教育观念,改革和完善农村教育管理体制和学校评价机制;进一步改革和开展“以县为主”的农村基础教育管理体制,加大农村教育经费的投入;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师队伍的整体素质;增加农民收入,落实免费义务教育制度,抓好“大众化”中等职业教育的“普及化”。
Through the investigation and study of the typical cases of rural basic education in XX County of Shanxi Province, it shows that rural basic education in rural poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi Province have such problems as old education concepts, inadequate investment in education, instability of teaching staff and poor peasant families. In order to speed up the pace of development of basic education in rural areas in poor areas, we should change the concept of traditional education, reform and improve the rural education management system and school evaluation mechanism, and further reform and carry out the management system of rural basic education based on counties, Rural education funding; strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the overall quality of the teaching staff; increase the income of farmers, the implementation of free compulsory education system, do a good job of “popular” secondary vocational education “popularization ”.
