依法治国是中国共产党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,是发展社会主义市场经济的客观需要,党的十八大以来,全面依法治国再次进入公众视野,这是全面实现中华民族伟大复兴的必要之路。石油企业作为国家行业的一员,理所应当该支持国策实施。但依法治企并非儿戏,要想真正意义上的按照规章制度管理企业,那必须要有一套完善的实施策略。客观上来说,依法治企首先就需要科学发展观指导思想的配合实践,其次要根据企业实际情况制定出一套发展战略,最后还要发挥以人为本的思想,以求全面提高企业人员的法制教育建设,使得企业拥有一个良好的发展氛围,为企业法制发展提供基础。本文根据当下时代以及行业的特征,就石油企业新形式下如何进行依法治企进行了相关探讨。
