本文报道复方环磷酰胺对小鼠移植性肿瘤的影响。结果表明,复方环磷酰胺大、中、小剂量对小鼠移植性S_(180)荷瘤及肝癌实体瘤的瘤重具有明显的剂量依赖性抑制作用,其抑制率均高于环磷酰胺各相同剂量组。小剂量的复方环磷酰胺还能升高移植性S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的白细胞计数。
This article reported the effect of compound cyclophosphamide on transplanted tumors in mice. The results showed that large, medium, and low doses of compound cyclophosphamide exhibited a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the tumor weight of transplanted S 180 (180) tumors and solid tumors in mice, and the inhibition rates were higher than those of cyclophosphamide. The same dose group. Small doses of compound cyclophosphamide also increase leukocyte counts in transplanted S 180 tumor-bearing mice.
