油滴粒径的测量是除油水力旋流器室内试验研究的一部分;通过对激光粒度仪的全面认识,将其应用在除油水力旋流器室内试验研究中,摸索出一种试验用油水混合液的制备方法,并在此基础上测定了石油大学(华东)集输研究室试验用两种结构旋流器的粒级效率。测试结果表明:该旋流器对平均粒径D(V,0.5)在20-30μm范围内的油水混合液,分离效率为 80%- 90%,分割粒径大约在 9μm左右,分离效率 95%对应的粒径为 351μm。用测试粒级效率的方法可正确评价旋流器性能的优劣。
Oil droplet particle size measurement is a part of the experimental study of the hydrocyclone in oil removal. Through the comprehensive understanding of the laser particle size analyzer, it is applied in the laboratory study of the hydrocyclone removing oil, and a new test oil and water Based on this, the particle size efficiency of two kinds of structure cyclones tested by the Petroleum University (East China) gathering and transportation laboratory was determined. The results show that the separation efficiency is 80% -90% and the particle size is about 9μm for the oil-water mixture with the average particle diameter D (V, 0.5) in the range of 20-30μm. The separation efficiency 95% corresponds to a particle size of 351 μm. The correctness of cyclone performance can be correctly evaluated by testing particle-level efficiency.
