随着经济的不断发展,近年来,在城市建设过程中,改性沥青混凝土路面被大量采用,用以替代单纯的水泥混凝土路面。改性沥青是指基质沥青与一种或多种改性剂通过适宜的加工工艺形成的混合物。按其改性剂的不同。一般分3类热塑性类、橡胶类、树脂类,其中热塑性橡胶类即热塑性弹性类的由于具有良好抗车辙变形能力和弹性,已成为目前世界上最为普遍使用的道路沥青改性剂。改性沥青路面施工与普通沥青一样,主要分为原材料试验、级配控制、混合料的拌合、摊铺、碾压及施工接缝处理、面层质量控制等。为此本文对改性沥青混凝土的试验检测方法及在施工中的控制要点做了探讨和分析。
