随着知识经济和信息经济时代的到来,获取和掌握新知识、新信息的能力日益成为衡量企业竞争力和发展前景的重要指标。面对越来越快的知识更新速度、多元化的信息传播渠道、日新月异的信息技术,使企业在思想政治工作和企业文化建设等方面遇到许多新情况、新问题。本文对新的时代发展下思想政治工作与学习型企业文化建设互动融合的必要性进行了探讨,同时积极探索学习型企业文化建设与思想政治工作创新互动融合的策略,从而实现二者的良性互动。
