On December 3, 2008, the Latin American Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Bank of Spain (BBVA) co-hosted a seminar entitled “China and Latin America: Trade and Investment Opportunities”. In terms of the current status of China-Latin America trade and investment cooperation, participants pointed out: In recent years, high-level exchanges of visits between China and Latin American countries have increased mutual trust in politics. Various multilateral and bilateral mechanisms have been continuously improved and exchanges among enterprises have been increasing.
