经过多年探索,保利地产的“三位一体”养老战略正通过“和熹会”与“和熹健康生活馆”逐步落地。而与太平人寿的全面战略合作,或将突破养老地产较高资金成本这一瓶颈。2013年12月24日,保利地产发布健康养老战略,将打造由居家养老、社区养老和机构养老“三位一体”的中国式养老模式,健全覆盖多层次健康养老需求的全面服务体系。经过多年探索,保利地产的“三位一体”养老战略正通过“和熹会”与“和熹健康生活馆”逐步落地。目前,保利已在北京、上海以及广州等5个城市,布局有6个养老试点项目,未来9年计划打造50个养老项目。
After years of exploration, Poly Real Estate’s “Trinity” retirement strategy is gradually coming to an end through the “Xi He Hui” and the “Xi Xi Healthy Living Museum”. And comprehensive strategic cooperation with Taiping Life, or pension funds will exceed the high cost of this bottleneck. On December 24, 2013, Poly Real Estate announced a healthy pension plan that will create a comprehensive Chinese pension system that covers home-based retirement, community-based retirement and institutional retirement. It will also provide a comprehensive service system covering multiple levels of health care needs. After years of exploration, Poly Real Estate’s “Trinity” retirement strategy is gradually coming to an end through the “Xi He Hui” and the “Xi Xi Healthy Living Museum”. Currently, Poly has deployed six pension pilot projects in five cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and plans to build 50 pension programs in the next 9 years.
