弯道超越是高职教育的一种发展常态。既可以是整体超越也可以是局部超越。弯道超越在目标对象、发生条件、行动起点、内驱动力和结果效应五个方面较直道追赶更具策略价值。因此,新建高职院校在重视直道追赶的同时更要重视弯道超越。实现弯道超越需要制度创新,着力在信息决策制度、人才建设制度和工作保障制度三个方面下功夫,解决何时实施、何人实施、何以实施等基本问题。
Beyond the curve is a normal development of higher vocational education. It can be either transcendence or partial transcendence. Beyond the target in the corner, the conditions of occurrence, the starting point of action, the driving force and the effect of the five aspects of the direct pursuit of more strategic value. Therefore, the new higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to bend beyond while paying attention to straight-line catch-up.
