一我们武汉市江汉区延安房管所是一个服务型的基层职能部门。我们把立足本职,强化服务,让人民群众满意,激发其投身于经济建设的工作热情作为指导思想,在服务二字上做文章。其主要作法是:1、变分散作业为综合性服务。1986年以前,我所小修班是由泥、木、副组成,水工、电工分散作业,各司其职,头痛医头,脚痛医脚,住户有多项修理要求,要分头到各班组找修理人,各班维修工人分次上门,住户要多天在家等候,很不方便。为使广大住(用)户报修方便,我们开展了“一条龙”综合服务,一次上门,多项修理项目一起完成。房管员、水工、电工,一起下到某一班组,结合修房、管房工作,实施与之相关的服务。例
