由中国电子学会、美国佐治亚理工学院等单位共同主办的第二届国际毫米波与远红外技术会议(ICMWFT,92)于1992年8月17日至21日在北京召开,来自澳大利亚、比利时、加拿大、法国、日本、埃及、瑞士、乌克兰、俄罗斯、美国、英国等11个国家的31名代表与中国的75名论文作者参加了会议. 会议主席M.Von Orfenberg,程序委员会中方主席胡汉泉,美方主席R.W.McM:llan在开幕式上分别致词.为纪念此系列会议的创始人之一、上届会议主席J.J.Gallagher博士,McMillan主席还在开幕式上简
The 2nd International Conference on Millimeter and Far-infrared Technology (ICMWFT, 92), co-sponsored by China Institute of Electronics and Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), was held in Beijing from August 17 to 21, 1992 and from Australia, Belgium and Canada 31 delegates from 11 countries including France, Japan, Egypt, Switzerland, Ukraine, Russia, the United States and the United Kingdom attended the conference with 75 essay writers in China.
