目前我国已进入创新经济形态,本文从创新模式理论出发,指出二次创新是目前我国企业创新最有效的途径,是我国创新驱动的主动力。但二次创新是一个反向的技术能力渐进积累过程,需要进行科学合理的规划与执行。
At present, our country has entered the mode of innovation economy. Based on the theory of innovation mode, this paper points out that the second innovation is the most effective way for our country’s enterprise innovation at present and is the driving force of innovation driven in our country. However, secondary innovation is a process of gradual accumulation of backward technological capabilities, requiring scientific and rational planning and implementation.
