目的分析长丰县疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状,为人力资源的合理配置提供科学依据。方法收集县疾控中心2012年末在岗工作人员基本情况及调查全县乡镇卫生院从事公共卫生工作专业人员学历、专业和职称等情况,采用描述性流行病学方法对人力资源现状进行分析。结果全县从事疾病控制工作人员141人(县疾控中心43人,乡镇卫生院98人),其中专业技术人员占80.85%;以40岁以下人员为主,占58.86%;学历以专科为主,占44.68%;职称以初级职称为主,占71.63%;专业构成比例公共卫生人员占21.28%。结论从事公共卫生工作专业人员年轻化,但中高级专业技术人员短缺,应合理配置县乡镇公共卫生人力资源,制定科学的人才发展规划,建立人力资源建设与发展的长效机制。
Objective To analyze the status quo of human resources in Changfeng County CDC and provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of human resources. Methods To collect the basic information of on-the-job staff from county CDC at the end of 2012 and investigate the educational level, professional and professional titles of professionals engaged in public health work in township hospitals in the county. The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the present situation of human resources. Results The county engaged in disease control staff of 141 (county CDC 43, township hospitals 98), of which 80.85% of professional and technical personnel; to 40-year-old staff, accounting for 58.86%; academic mainly specialist , Accounting for 44.68%; the title mainly to primary titles, accounting for 71.63%; professional proportion of public health personnel accounted for 21.28%. Conclusions Professionals engaged in public health are getting younger, but there is a shortage of middle and high-level professional and technical personnel. We should rationally allocate public health human resources in counties, towns and villages, formulate scientific talent development plans and establish a long-term mechanism for human resources construction and development.
