工程建设项目具有周期长、规模大、中间环节和不确定因素众多等特点。近些年来,国际上发达国家对工程投资的要求是全过程造价控制。而我国传统的做法在客观上造成轻决策、重实施,轻经济、重技术,先建设、后算账的后果。本文阐述了我国工程造价管理的现状,加强管理工作,确立全过程控制投资意识;有效控制工程造价降低工程造价成本,加强工程造价建设,提高经济效益。
Construction projects have a long cycle, large-scale, intermediate links and many uncertainties and so on. In recent years, the developed countries in the world demand for project investment is the whole process of cost control. However, the traditional approach in our country objectively results in the consequences of light decision-making, heavy implementation, light economy, heavy technology, construction first and post-mortem accounting. This article expounds the current situation of project cost management in our country, strengthens the management work and establishes the awareness of investment control in the whole process. It effectively controls the project cost, reduces the project cost cost, strengthens the project cost construction and enhances the economic benefits.
