目的了解恙虫病、莱姆病、巴贝西虫病3类疾病病原体在北京市各区小兽中的感染及分布情况。方法2013年4-10月,采用夹夜法捕获小兽并解剖获取其组织样本,采用普通PCR与实时荧光定量PCR方法,检测小兽组织中恙虫病东方体、伯氏疏螺旋体以及巴贝西虫的特异性目的基因。结果 2013年北京地区500份小兽样本中恙虫病东方体阳性率为2.40%,来自6个区,以海淀区最高(21.43%),其他区恙虫病东方体感染率为2.04%~5.00%;巴贝西虫阳性率为6.40%,来自11个区,以海淀区最高(21.43%),其他区巴贝西虫感染率为1.96%~16.67%;检出恙虫病东方体与巴贝西虫共同感染样本4份,复合感染率为0.80%;所有样本中均未检测到伯氏疏螺旋体。结论北京地区小兽中恙虫病东方体的感染不仅局限于发现病例的地区,应进一步加强全市人间病例以及宿主和媒介的监测工作,巴贝西虫小兽间感染在分布范围和感染率方面均高于恙虫病东方体,应加强对基层医生的培训并及时开展高危人群的监测与健康教育。
Objective To understand the infection and distribution of three kinds of pathogen of tsutsugamushi disease, Lyme disease and Babesiosis in small animals in various districts of Beijing. Methods From April to October of 2013, the small mammals were captured by the method of nocturnal capture and the tissue samples were obtained by anatomical method. Common and real-time PCR methods were used to detect Orchkormosis orientalis, Borrelia burgdorferi, Specific target gene of the worm. Results In 2013, the positive rate of Orientia tsutsugamushi in the 500 small beast samples in Beijing was 2.40%, from 6 districts, the highest in Haidian (21.43%) and the other in Tsutsugamushi, 2.04% -500%. Babesia pest positive rate was 6.40%, from 11 districts, the highest in Haidian (21.43%), the other areas Babesia West worm infection rate was 1.96% ~ 16.67%; detected tsutsugamushi Oriental body and Babesia Co-infected 4 samples, the composite infection rate was 0.80%; in all samples were not detected Borrelia burgdorferi. Conclusion The infection of Orientia tsutsugamushi in oriental small animals in Beijing is not only confined to the areas where the cases were found, but should be further strengthened by monitoring the human cases in the city and the host and the media. Both the distribution and the infection rate Higher than the tsutsugamushi Oriental body, should strengthen the training of primary doctors and timely monitoring of high-risk groups and health education.
