本文探讨的是表面直读法在电测中作疲劳裂纹长度测定的标定曲线时所产生的误差及其消除方法。利用断裂面积与电位的对应关系所作的测量疲劳裂纹长度的标定曲线可以提高测量精度。根据在一定的电流下,断裂面积与电位,即S(mm~2)——V(mv)有其相对应的关系,通过把面积s换算成裂纹长度a(mm),而获得(a(mm)——V(mv)关系曲线作为标定曲线。减少了表面直读法所作的标定曲线受疲劳前沿线形状影响的误差,使测量精度得到提高。
This article discusses the surface direct reading method in the electrical measurement fatigue crack length calibration curve generated by the error and its elimination method.
