陈皮粉是陈香露百路片等中成药的主要成分之一。由于陈皮的特性及不同的收集来源,陈皮易染菌而又不能水洗或高温烘烤除菌,直接影响到成药的卫生质量。因而需对陈皮粉进行投料前的微生物限度检验,即卫生质量控制。但按《药品卫生检验方法》常规检验,其效果较差,有时操作甚难完成。所以笔者对其检验方法进行了改进。
Tangerine powder is one of the main ingredients of proprietary Chinese medicines such as Chen Xianglu Bailu Tablets. Due to the characteristics of tangerine peel and different collection sources, tangerine peel is easily contaminated and cannot be washed or sterilized by high-temperature baking, which directly affects the hygienic quality of tangerine peel. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct microbiological limit inspection of dried tangerine powder before feeding, that is, sanitary quality control. However, according to the routine inspection of the “Medicine Sanitation Test Method”, the effect is poor, and sometimes it is difficult to complete the operation. So the author has improved the inspection method.
