采用3因素二次通用旋转组合设计方法,探讨外源24-表油菜素内酯、种植密度、2,4-D丁酯对张杂谷5号光合特性与产量的影响。结果表明,单因素种植密度、2,4-D丁酯用量对叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶面积指数和产量有显著影响;单因素24-表油菜素内酯对叶绿素含量和产量有显著影响。在所研究的3个因素中,24-表油菜素内酯和2,4-D丁酯的交互作用对4个指标均有显著影响;24-表油菜素内酯和种植密度的相互作用显著影响叶面积指数和产量。此3因素与产量间回归关系极显著,可用于实际生产预测。使张杂谷5号产量达最大的农艺方案为:24-表油菜素内酯浓度0.127mg/L,种植密度为33.1万株/hm~2,施2,4-D丁酯736.5mL/hm~2,预期产量为6629kg/hm~2。
The effects of exogenous 24-epibrassinolide, plant density and 2,4-D butyl ester on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of Zhangzigu No.5 were studied by the three-factor quadratic universal rotation combination design method. The results showed that single factor density and 2,4-D butyl ester had significant effects on chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, leaf area index and yield. Single factor 24-epibrassinolide significantly affected chlorophyll content and yield . Among the three factors studied, the interaction of 24-epibrassinolide and 2,4-D butyl ester had significant effects on all four indicators; the interaction between 24-epibrassinolide and plant density was significant Affect leaf area index and yield. The regression relationship between these three factors and yield is very significant and can be used for actual production forecast. The agronomic scheme to maximize the yield of Zhang Zhagu 5 was as follows: the concentration of 24-epibrassinolide was 0.127 mg / L, the planting density was 331 000 / hm 2, the amount of 2,4-D butyl 736.5 mL / hm ~ 2, the expected output is 6629kg / hm ~ 2.
