目的:为了解决缺锌时肠道粘膜的形态及结构的变化情况.方法:本文通过建立缺锌、常锌大鼠模型,对大鼠肠道粘膜的超微结构进行研究,结果;①第四周末和第七周末血浆、红细胞膜和肠组织的锌含量,ZD(Zinc-Deficiency)组明显低于ZN(Zinc-Normal)组;③第四周末和第七周末ZD组光镜下肠粘膜未见异常改变;但是电镜下见肠道粘膜严重的超微结构损害.结论:可见缺锌对肠道粘膜的结构有严重的影响.因此,机体应保持适当的锌摄入,对人们(尤其是儿童和老年)健康保健和临床相关疾病的治疗具有非常重要的意义.
OBJECTIVE: To study the morphological and structural changes of intestinal mucosa during zinc deficiency.Methods: The ultrastructure of intestinal mucosa in rats was studied by establishing zinc-deficient and zinc- Zinc levels in plasma, erythrocyte membrane and intestinal tissue were significantly lower in the Zinc-Deficiency group than in the Zinc-Zinc group at the weekend and the end of the seventh weekend. In the fourth weekend and the seventh weekend, See abnormal changes; but under electron microscopy see the intestinal mucosal serious ultrastructural damage.Conclusion: Zinc deficiency can be seen on the structure of intestinal mucosa have a serious impact.Therefore, the body should maintain proper zinc intake, to people (especially Children and the elderly) the treatment of health care and clinically relevant diseases is of great importance.
