作为工业设计专业的必修专业课程,产品造型设计综合各门先修的专业基础课程的知识,通过一些设计实践,令学生得到接近于工业设计师实际工作过程的训练。目前国内制造业OEM模式(代工生产)占最大比例,因而,为制造业服务的工业设计产业也是生产型的工业设计占主导地位。生产型的工业设计强调设计与生产的紧密结合,要求设计师具有较高的产品造型能力,熟悉各种生产手段,能根据产品的特点和生产的数量决定适合的材料,与工程师有效沟通。本文探讨针对培养生产型工业设计师的要求,在产品造型设计课程中,如何设置合适的设计实践课题,并总结了教学中的一些经验。
As a compulsory course for industrial design major, the product design integrates the knowledge of various prerequisite professional foundation courses. Through some design practices, the students get trained close to the actual working process of industrial designers. At present, the manufacturing OEM mode (OEM) accounts for the largest proportion of the domestic manufacturing industry, therefore, the industrial design industry that serves the manufacturing industry is also the dominant type of industrial design. Industrial design emphasizes the close combination of design and production, requiring designers to have a high product modeling ability, familiar with a variety of means of production, according to the characteristics of the product and the number of production to determine the appropriate materials, effective communication with engineers. This article explores the requirements of training production-oriented industrial designers, how to set appropriate design practice topics in product design courses, and summarizes some experiences in teaching.
