随着我国国民经济的高速发展,基础建设规模不断扩大,频发的建筑施工事故越来越受到人们的关注。根据《全国建筑施工安全生产形势分析报告》,我国2007年共发生房屋建筑和市政工程建筑施工事故859起、死亡1012人,其中共发生建筑施工较大及以上事故(一次死亡3人及3人以上事故)35起、死亡144人。
