金秋十月,180余名代表汇聚河南洛阳第一拖拉机工程机械公司,参加中国农业机械学会第五次全国会员代表大会暨建会30周年学术报告会。机械工业部部长何光远、总工程师李守仁、老部长武少文、河南省副省长俞家华及洛阳市、一拖公司负责人等出席了会议。何光远就机械工业、农机工业及机械部改革等问题发表了重要讲话。武少文就农业、农村、农民及农机化等问题作了精彩报告。一拖公司总工程师商镇介绍了该公司的改革和生产经营运行情况及未来设想。新当选的第五届理事会理事长李守仁也在闭幕式上讲了话。
In October, more than 180 delegates gathered in Henan Luoyang No.1 Tractor Construction Machinery Company to attend the Fifth National Conference of Members of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery and the 30th Anniversary Academic Report. Mr. He Guangyuan, Minister of Machinery Industry, Mr. Li Shouren, Chief Engineer Wu Shaowen, Mr. Wu Shaowen, Vice Governor of Henan Province, Mr. Yu Jiahua, Vice Governor of Henan Province, Luoyang City, and leaders of YTO Corporation attended the meeting. He Guangyuan delivered an important speech on such issues as the reform of the machinery industry, the farm machinery industry and the machinery department. Wu Shaowen on agriculture, rural areas, farmers and agricultural issues made wonderful reports. YTO Company Chief Engineer Shangzhen introduced the company’s reform and production and operation of the operation and future ideas. The newly elected chairman of the fifth council, Li Shouren, also addressed the closing ceremony.
