1日省政府召开第77次常务会议。会议主要议题是:讨论《关于废止(黑龙江省兴办侨属企业条例)等7部地方性法规的决定(草案)》、《黑龙江省公共安全技术防范管理规定(草案)》、《黑龙江省城镇社区群众治安防范规定(草案)》、《黑龙江省土地权属争议处理办法(草案)》、《关于废止1979年至2000年发布的部分规章的决定(草案)》。宋法棠省长主持会议,王东华、王佐书、申立国、王利民副省长出席会议。
On the 1st provincial government held the 77th executive meeting. The main topics of the meeting were: to discuss the “Draft Decision on Abolishing the Local Laws and Regulations of 7 Provinces such as the Establishment of Overseas Chinese Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province (Draft)”, “Regulations on Prevention and Control of Public Security Technology in Heilongjiang Province (Draft)”, “Urban Community in Heilongjiang Province Regulations on Mass Public Security Prevention (Draft) ”,“ Measures for Handling Disputes over Land Ownership in Heilongjiang Province (Draft) ”and“ Decision (Draft) on Repealing Some Rules and Regulations issued from 1979 to 2000 ”. Governor Song Fatang presided over the meeting, Wang Donghua, Wang Zuoshu, Shen Licheng, Wang Limin, vice governor attended the meeting.
