航空透明件的质量对于飞行安全有重要影响。其特殊的材料性质、缺陷的复杂多样性以及需现场检测的特点,对其检测原理、方法及系统等提出了特殊要求。本文针对航空透明件中的常见缺陷模式及结构特点,结合所开发的计算机化专用外场检测系统,给出了利用超声波检测航空透明件缺陷及结构参数的原理和方法。典型实验证明了这些方法简单可靠,能够满足航空透明件在制造和维护过程中的检测要求。
The quality of aviation transparency has a significant impact on flight safety. Its special material properties, the complex and diverse defects and the need to test the characteristics of the site, its testing principles, methods and systems put forward special requirements. In this paper, aiming at the common defect modes and structural features in the transparent parts of aviation, the principle and method of detecting defects and structural parameters of the transparent parts in aviation are given in combination with the computerized special field detection system developed. Typical experiments show that these methods are simple and reliable, which can meet the testing requirements of aviation transparent parts during manufacture and maintenance.
