江平简历:1930年12月出生,浙江宁波人。1948年至1949年就读于北京燕京大学新闻系;1951年入莫斯科大学法律系,1956年毕业;现为中国政法大学教授、民商法博士生导师。先后担任过:北京政法学院副院长、中国政法大学副校长(1983年-1988年):中国政法大学校长(1988年-1990年);七届全国人大代表、七届全国人大常委会委员、七届全国人大法律委员会副主任委员(1988年- 1993年);中国法学会副会长(1988年-1992年);中国经济法研究会副会长(1985年至今);北京仲裁委员会主任(1995年至今);中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会顾问、仲裁员、专家委员会委员。
Jiang Ping Biography: December 1930 was born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. From 1948 to 1949, he studied at the Department of Journalism at Yenching University in Beijing. In 1951 he joined the Department of Law at Moscow State University and graduated in 1956. He is currently a professor at China University of Political Science and Law and a doctoral supervisor in civil and commercial law. He has served successively as the vice president of Beijing Politics and Law University, vice president of China University of Political Science and Law (1983-1988), president of China University of Political Science and Law (1988-1990), member of the Seventh National People's Congress, member of the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress, Vice chairman of the Law Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress (1988-1993); vice president of the China Law Society (1988-1992); vice president of the China Economic Law Research Association (1985-present); director of Beijing Arbitration Commission (1988-1993) Since 1995); China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission consultant, arbitrator, member of the Committee.
