网络生态文明是现实社会生态文明的延伸,它的产生与发展,使人类社会的生态文明呈现出二重化特征。然而伴随着虚拟社会的高度繁荣,网络生态文明面临着负面信息污染失控蔓延、虚拟社会资源浪费严重、网络文化安全风险泛化、社会风险爆发频率加快、物质与精神冲突激烈等危机的挑战。为了构建高质量的网络生态文明,必须从建立多元主体共同参与的治理模式、健全网络生态文明法制体系、提升网络生态文明主体的综合素养、强化隐性网络社区管理、消除网络生态文明主体的不均衡等方面入手,化解危机衍生出的多种负面影响。
Network ecological civilization is an extension of the realistic social ecological civilization, its emergence and development, so that the ecological civilization of human society presents a dual character. However, along with the highly prosperous virtual society, the network ecological civilization faces the challenge of the crisis such as the uncontrolled spread of negative information pollution, the serious waste of virtual social resources, the generalization of network cultural security risks, the accelerating frequency of social risks and the fierce material and spiritual conflicts. In order to build a high-quality network ecological civilization, we must establish a governance model that involves multiple subjects, improve the legal system of network ecological civilization, enhance the overall quality of the main body of network ecological civilization, strengthen the management of hidden network communities and eliminate the main body of network ecological civilization Balance and other aspects to resolve the crisis derived from a variety of negative effects.
