2006-06~2006-09北京小范围局部广州管圆线虫病爆发,我院共收治广州管圆线虫病住院患者81例。发现首诊时延误或漏诊53例,误诊率65.43%。现就其误诊原因分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男32例,女21例,年龄13~57(35.86±9.33)岁。均有进食未熟淡水螺肉的流行病学史。潜伏期1~
